Please try to allow several days advance notice when requesting an inspection. We typically schedule morning and afternoon appointments Monday through Friday. Any given inspection can take from 1 ½ to 4+ hours to complete, depending on property size, age, foundation type and other factors. Once submitted, we will confirm your request within 24 hours.
